An Entrepreneur defined as person with ideas for successful businesses & execute business activities. Meaning of Entrepreneurship is to setup business activities as an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship is an endless activities that just need ideas and hard work. Although its also need patience and consistency but it pays back more then an ordinary job. That’s the reasons people who are brave enough to take risks now prefer business or entrepreneurship then the job. But in entrepreneurship not everybody succeed. Its just because of mismanagement or improper planning.

Entrepreneur is a person with new idea and planning to present solution for targeted audience. Not the every person in an institution or company has the same mind, talent or abilities. Some people are more creative then others and have creative mind. They find themselves not fit for a regular job and move towards business to use their creative abilities for some business. They prefer to be an entrepreneur rather then be an employee and work for others.

2) Boring Routine

Normal jobs are fixed time jobs where employees are bound to work nine to five days of the week. Most of the people adjust themselves with that routine but not all the people comfortable with that job that is time bound. So they prefer to switch that job due to boring nine to five job routine.

3) Passionate about Work

Environment or the work condition of the normal job is also not favourable or suits every employee. Most of the employee accommodate themselves with the work conditions but some employee not adjust themselves with the environment. Because in normal jobs employees don’t go beyond limits or go against the will of employer. For people passionate about work or want to achieve their goals switch their jobs and select entrepreneurship for their future.

4) Problem Solver

Some people find themselves as beneficial for others and provide solution for others problems with some product or services, that can help themselves and others as well. So they start working as a problem solver and introduce products or services that benefits others rather then doing a normal routine job.
